As the line manager of our reception team, you will be the main point of contact for our front desk staff. You'll offer guidance, support, and training to help them excel in their roles and provide an exceptional experience for our gym members.

**Responsibilities.**
- To line manage the reception team. Ensuring that they are trained to deliver good customer care, and delegating duties and responsibilities where appropriate.
- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
- Keeping up to date with all the latest offers and products Shredded offer to their clientele.
- KPI Management of Reception team.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
- Ensuring that a diary system of appointments is kept up to date to ensure knowledge of visitors who arrive at Shredded Health & Performance each day.
- Ordering of facility supplies.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing and photocopying.
- Ensuring rosters are updated, including arranging cover, or covering shifts yourself due to sickness, holiday and unforeseen circumstances.
- Provide administration support as and when requested for Managers.
- Actively promote Gym Membership sales and act as a positive role model for the department through selling memberships of your own.
- Cashing up and keeping clear banking records, investigating issues, reconciling mistakes and supporting reception staff in this process.
- Responsible for notifying staff when packages are waiting for them.
- Ensuring accurate and concise message taking and to communicate effectively with other staff
- Audit and process gym memberships and Direct Debit Information.

**Qualifications & Skills.**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a busy reception area, managing competing demands at the same time as maintaining excellent customer service.
- Good organisational skills.
- Sales experience.
- Leadership Experience

Full Time Hours will be considered for the right applicant.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Full-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: From $28.00 per hour
