**Accountabilities include**:
- Establish oversight of governance, reporting and administrative functions across the section.
- Implement governance, reporting and administrative processes and protocols as needed to ensure senior management are supported to meet required obligations.
- Provide high-level support to enable timely coordination of reporting and governance functions by: o coordinating briefings for key Boards and Committees for the Executive Directoro developing governance materials and assisting with the management of actionso maintaining and coordinating corporate reports and risk registerso organising workshops and materials, and engaging with stakeholders to support the development of successful governance and business improvement outcomeso developing innovative and improved business reportingo providing quality assurance to reports and papers by working with content experts.
- Consult and liaise with, and provide guidance to, the section's secretariat network and senior management team on governance and reporting matters.
- Organise associated materials and equipment for senior management meetings, divisional governance bodies and networks including meeting scheduling, agendas, and minutes.
- Actively participate in a team environment, assisting managers in supporting a positive culture to ensure the team's contribution led to successful business outcomes.
- Provide high level administrative advice and support to the Executive Director as required.
- Other accountabilities and tasks as reasonably directed.
- This role reports directly to Executive Director, Service Planning and Infrastructure and will work within a dynamic team environment, with no direct reports.
