**Accountabilities include**:

- Lead and manage a project team for several priority ODT projects within the program to ensure they are successfully delivered including project scope, budget, schedule, risks and benefits.
- Support the Director (ODT) in the management and transition of the program to ensure interdependent divisional activities are coordinated and work towards the overarching program benefits and objectives.
- Implement service changes through the Passenger Transport Service Investment Program (PTSIP) Advisory Group and Board.
- Analyse data (for example. ticketing or ODT passenger information) to understand and report on customer travel patterns and trends.
- Ability to use and / or quickly learn new software to successfully deliver each project (for example, project scheduling or GIS mapping).
- Develop and present a range of communication materials for each project such as correspondence, briefs, presentations, minutes and written submissions for project stakeholders and governance groups.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external to the division (such as Mobility as a Service, local governments and delivery partners), to ensure each project achieves good outcomes for passenger transport customers.
- Liaise with complementary projects and programs such as Smart Ticketing and On Demand Transport Enabling Technologies (ODTET) to ensure divisional strategic objectives are realised.
- Contribute to a positive working environment for the division, including participating in ongoing business improvement processes and assisting other team members.
- Other accountabilities and tasks as reasonably directed.
