Our client is seeking a proactive, highly motivated Administration Assistant to join their small team based in their Penrith office, on a full-time basis.
**About Our Client**
Established in 2013, our client has built a reputation on quality and safety within the building industry. The business has grown significantly in this time and are proud of the service they offer to their clients.
**The Opportunity**
You will be responsible for day-to-day administration activities including but not limited to answering phone calls, filing, confirming and booking jobs, and updating systems and documents. As your skills progress, there may also be opportunity for you to become involved in invoicing/accounts work.
This role reports to the Director and also works closely with other members of a small team.
This position is ideal for someone looking to add to their general office/admin experience in a diverse role. Your strong communication skills, your commitment and willingness to learn will see you succeed within this role.
You’ll need to have good time management skills, which means you are able to manage a range of tasks and execute time sensitive deadlines. You’ll be tech-savvy and comfortable using a range of computer programs including **Microsoft Office suite**.
