**With continuous growth, we are seeking a Full time experienced Property Manager to work in our Stone office, located in Berkeley Vale.**
**SKILLS**
**Your primary responsibilities will be**:
› Management of the portfolio
› Liaising with landlords, tenants and trades/creditors
› Ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
› Prepare and sign Residential Tenancy Agreements and renewals
› Rent management
› Maintaining properties, arranging any required repairs
**You**:
› Real Estate experience essential
› Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
› Knowledge of Property Me is a bonus
› Current Australian drivers licence and reliable registered and insured vehicle
› Are highly organised with excellent time management skills
› Are enthusiastic, energetic, self-motivated
› Possess clear communication skills and present professionally
