**Responsibilities**:
Oversee and Manage Garden Maintenance Division

Perform Routine Garden Maintenance Tasks, including pruning, weeding, mulching, and planting

Develop and Implement Maintenance Schedules and Plans

Supervise and Support Team Members

Ensure High-Quality Service Delivery and Customer Satisfaction

What We're Looking For:
Proven Experience in Garden Maintenance

Strong Leadership and Organizational Skills

Excellent Knowledge of Plants, Trees, and Garden Care Techniques

Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team

Passion for Creating and Maintaining Beautiful Outdoor Spaces

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
