**Job Description**:
This role is based at our head office which is located in Kings Park, North-West of Sydney with branch offices in other states around Australia and New Zealand.

**Specific Tasks**:

- Processing Payroll (Monthly & Fortnightly)
- Assist in answering general enquiries related to HR & Payroll matters
- Administering the Time and Attendance System for the relevant pay cycles
- Preparation of new starter access in the relevant systems
- Utilise the company’s internal systems to record and maintain HR Data accurately
- Using Visio for updating Org Charts
- Fleet management & Mobile Phone Coordination
- Gather and collate information from internal HR and other stakeholder departments
- Coordinate required personnel/training documents and update database

**Qualifications**:

- TAFE or equivalent tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related field
- Strong interpersonal & analytical skills (communication, presentation, listening etc.)
- Able to juggle a number of tasks, prioritise and deliver on time
- ** High** attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to deliver outcomes
