**About you***

The skills, knowledge and experience we are looking for in you include:

- A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.
- Proven capacity to contribute and implement strategic initiatives, including the ability to plan, manage change, improve performance and project manage.
- A successful track record in managing medium scale change management projects, particularly with delivering change impact assessments, and stakeholder mapping and tracking
- Experience in creating and executing change artefacts to support project goals.
- Strong influencing skills, proficient in building and maintaining effective relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders, both internal and external, across all levels of an organisation.
