**About the Role**
As a Customer Service Officer at Reservoir Leisure you’ll be the first point of contact for everyone entering the centre. It's your responsibility to welcome everyone with a friendly smile and welcoming attitude.
- Swim School is a major part of the role with 1700 students enrolled in the Royal Life Saving Society endorsed Swim and Survive program.
- Assist customers with Health Club and Aquatic memberships, general information, and facility tours
- Process Swim School enrolments and provide information to families
- Answer the phone and online enquiries, respond to and resolve customer queries
**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service environment, including the capacity to work effectively in a team
- Experience with Point of Sale systems and ability to learn new software
- Sound communication skills and the ability to diplomatically handle conflict
- Experience in Leisure or Fitness Centres, Swim School or retail is desirable
- Ability to multitask and attention to detail in a busy environment.
- Current CPR, First Aid and Working with Children certificates.
