**The Opportunity**

This is a unique opportunity for someone with excellent time management and communication skills to join a well-established, award-winning company. You will enjoy driving a fully equipped work van, supported by our experienced Head Office team, including experts in Administration, Safety, and Operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with Area Mangers and Operations Administration to schedule all periodical cleaning tasks.
- Liaise with clients for site access and ensure all requirements are met
- Periodical cleaning / machine operation: polivac, walk behind sweeper / scrubber, high pressure washing, carpet cleaning, strip & seals, Building Wash Downs.
- Ensure ongoing maintenance and repair of all machinery as required
- Updating electronic planning and completion tickets

**What Were Looking For**:

- Exceptional organisational skills
- Communication skills, both written & verbal, with the ability to interact with people in a professional manner. Listening skills are a must
- Proven history of excelling within a dynamic team environment and the ability to work autonomously.
- A proven eye for detail & accuracy.
- Outcome focused and standards driven.
- Experience in operating cleaning machinery, unfortunately this role is not for beginners.

**Essential requirements**:

- **CAR LICENCE ESSENTIAL.**:

- Ability to work Flexible Hours, most works will be completed after hours and possibly over weekends.
- Extensive experience in periodical cleaning & machine operation: Previous Periodical Cleaning experience; polivac, walk behind sweeper / scrubber, high pressure washing, carpet cleaning, strip & seals is essential.
- Responsible to work unsupervised.
- Strong work ethic with outstanding time management skills.
- High standard of work, cleanliness and attention to detail.
- Understanding of Environmental Health & Safety Management also a commitment to safe working practices.
- EWP license preferred but not essential.
