We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Contractor Specialised Cleaners to provide high-quality cleaning services for our clients. If your company specializes in floor scrubbing, carpet cleaning, specialized urinal cleaning, external window cleaning, and strip & seal services, we want to hear from you

We have anywhere from 10 to 50 jobs per year for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Floor Scrubbing
  • Carpet Cleaning
  • Specialised Urinal Cleaning
  • External Window Cleaning
  • Strip and Seal

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in all of the above cleaning services.
  • A valid business license and appropriate insurance.
  • Must have previous experience with similar contracts and projects.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high cleaning standards.
  • Excellent communication both written and oral
  • Own equipment and chemicals
