About the role

GDP Group is seeking high rise window cleaners to join our experienced team in Brisbane, QLD. This is a role that involves cleaning the exterior windows of high-rise buildings across the city. The successful candidate will have a strong focus on safety and attention to detail to ensure a professional and thorough service.

What you'll be doing

  • Safely accessing and cleaning the exterior windows of high-rise buildings using specialised equipment and techniques
  • Applying effective and efficient cleaning methods to leave windows spotless
  • Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and presentation across all work sites
  • Identifying and reporting any issues or damage to building surfaces
  • Adhering to all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
  • Working collaboratively with the wider cleaning team to deliver excellent customer service

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience working as a high rise window cleaner, preferably in a commercial setting
  • Excellent safety awareness and the ability to work at heights using specialised equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a consistently high-quality finish
  • Good physical fitness and stamina to handle the demands of the role
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Available to work weekends
  • Current Working At Heights Licence
