**The Company**:
We are an Australian owned facility services business that has been proudly operating for over 25 years. We have expanded in capability and experience across a wide range of industries to a current presence proudly servicing over 1,500,000 square metres of commercial property daily across Australia, using our directly employed team of over 500 staff. Our company is going through a period of rapid expansion and is looking to expand its team.

**The Role**:
We are currently seeking a Mobile Supervisor to join our team and assist in the coordination and management of some of our key sites in and around the key area. This is a hands-on role, leading from the front and driving standards across some key client sites in the region. The role will require someone who can drive standards, is comfortable with machinery, and is able to work into the evening as needs required (not permanently).
- Supporting and managing a team of cleaners across some key locations in and around Sydney
- Meeting clients to review cleaning work and standards
- Conducting inductions and training with new and existing members of the team
- Attending to complex cleaning tasks both in a supervisory role but also as an active member of team as needs require
- Working with a customer service focus, keen eye for detail and pride in the work you deliver
- Show initiative to work autonomously and with little supervision
- Ensuring all team members follow correct procedures

**Minimum Criteria**:

- A National Police Check issued in the last 12 months is essential, along with a Working with Children’s check, are required
- COVID 19 Vaccination Certificate outlining Full vaccination is required.
- Must be physically fit and able to meet the demands of the job
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques along with the ability to use cleaning equipment (Buffer machine, Scrubbers, Vacuums) will be highly advantageous
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and demands to ensure all tasks are completed
- A great attitude and willingness to contribute to the success if your team
- Must be available after 5pm

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

- Brisbane, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)
