Cleaner - Northside Specialised Cleaning

**Casual position - flexible hours, steady work**

**Must have a car + driver’s licence, live locally, and be available at least 3 weekdays.**:

Why work with us

The starting rate is **$25/hr during training** (between 2 days and 1 week, depending on your experience and ability to learn).

Once training is complete, you’ll move onto our regular pay rates:

- **$30/hr weekdays**:

- **$38/hr Saturdays**:

- **$45/hr Sundays & public holidays**

We offer **paid staff check-ins** every fortnight — 30-minute calls where you can ask questions, share ideas, and raise any concerns. We also encourage team connection, with occasional social catch-ups or lunches every 4-6 weeks.

Most cleaners average **2-4 jobs per day**, with plenty of hours available for those wanting more work. All cleaning equipment is provided by us — you just need to bring it with you in your car.

This is an excellent role for people who value **independence**, as you’ll work solo after training while still having full support from our team whenever you need it.

What we need from you
- **Car + driver’s licence are essential** — most jobs are solo, and you must be able to carry equipment. Public transport or lifts from friends will not work.
- **Available a minimum of 3 weekdays per week**, with jobs scheduled **anytime between 6am-4pm** (you won’t work the entire day unless you want to).
- Comfortable travelling up to **20km** for jobs.
- Live in one of our service areas:

- Brisbane / South Brisbane
- North Brisbane (North Lakes, Brendale, surrounds)
- Moreton Bay to Sunshine Coast (Caboolture and surrounds)

About the job

The majority of jobs are **residential cleans**, typically taking **1.5 to 3 hours each**. Occasionally, you may be assigned a **bond clean**, and we’ll provide training for these when needed.

A typical schedule includes **2-4 jobs per day**, depending on size and location. We aim to build rosters around your availability and try to assign jobs close to your area whenever possible.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working **independently** and managing their own day once trained.

What this job is NOT
- It is **not suited** to people without a car and licence
- It is **not** an evening or night job — all work is scheduled **within 6am-4pm**:

- It is **not remote work** — all jobs are on-site
- **Travel allowance and fuel reimbursement are not included**

Our hiring process
- Shortlisted applicants will receive a quick phone call to confirm details and arrange a **paid trial clean** at **$25/hr**.
- Training lasts **2 days to 1 week**, depending on your experience and ability to learn.
- If successful, you’ll move straight onto higher pay rates and be added to the regular roster.
