A great opportunity for a Guest Port Experience Coordinator to join our team Reporting to the Guest Port Experience Specialist, this role will play a key component in ensuring cruise day operations run successfully. Cruise ship day turnaround involves large guest numbers commencing and completing their cruise experience. The Guest Port Experience Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring this process runs seamlessly to maximise the guest experience.

**About you**:
You have a keen interest and working knowledge of the cruise industry or are a recent travel and tourism graduate looking to build your career and learn within an industry leader. Your passion for the industry, coupled with your commitment to learn will set you up for success within this unique opportunity.

**Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:

- Plan, administer and deliver turnaround day guest related terminal logistics including pre and post Airport and Hotel transfer report, check in times, visa and passport check in requirements and pre cruise notifications
- Prepare and administer Guest Procedural manuals for vessels
- Work with appointed Ground Handlers in each port to support and assist the planning of guest logistics operations
- Travelling to home ports to observe operations when ships are disembarking and embarking guests
- Process all Ground Handler invoices
- Update all Guest Logistic databases

**To be successful in the role, you will need**:

- Previous Cruise or Airport operational experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Flexibility to support turnaround days and work weekends as required
- A proactive work ethic and ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent organisational, administrative skills with intermediate MS Word and Excel capabilities
- Excellent relationship development skills
- Ability to work with time constraints
- Strong attention to detail - most important
