**Your Opportunity**:

- Facilitate exceptional hospitality and service by enhancing the guest experience with a focus on our Bonvoy Elite members, VIP’s and suite-paying guest.
- Work as a member of the Guest Experience Department supporting several aspects of the Sales and Marketing Operation including Reception, Operations, Pre-Arrival Operations, Lobby Greeter, Arrival and Departure Experience Operations.
- Organize, confirm, process, and conduct all VIP and Entertainment guest check-ins/check-outs, room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations.
- Secure payment; verify and adjust billing.
- Activate and file room keys.
- Process all guest requests and relay messages.
- Identify and explain room features to guests.
- Supply guests/residents with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities.
- Follow up on any outstanding requests or problems from the previous day and are resolved.
- Obtain a solid knowledge of the hotel product including room types, rates, food and beverage outlets and other hotel features and guest facilities.
- Responds to & recovers (where appropriate) Guest Satisfaction Surveys.
- Help with managing the 10 for 10 Associate recognition program.
- Attend monthly MBS trainings for FOH team members.

**Skills, Education and Experience**
- A genuinely warm & welcoming demeanor.
- Opera experience is preferred.
- Personable communication skills.
- Believe in the benefits of energising and motivating others
- Display a passion for the Hospitality industry.
- A desire to innovate and create, our guests come to experience a life less ordinary.
- You are reliable and flexible with the ability to work various shifts
