To facilitate the company’s ambitious growth plans, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People and Culture Team.
The TAS will seek, nurture and recruit the best available talent and effectively manage the talent pipeline to support the business strategic plan.

**Role will be based in our head office - Regents Park, NSW and is 12 months fulltime contract.**
**Your responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process.
- Operate as a trusted business partner and drive a positive hiring manager experience.
- Educate stakeholders on the recruitment process, market conditions and set/manage expectations.
- Achieve key performance metrics such as days in inbox, days to reject and days until hired.

What you need*
- Demonstrated experience using attraction tools/methods (i.e. LinkedIn, Seek Talent Search etc) to proactively engage with industry talent.
- Team player mentality with a willingness to assist where needed.
- Minimum five years’ experience in a Talent Acquisition Specialist role.
- Experience recruiting across a variety of construction industry roles will be highly regarded.
