In this role, you'll:
Work within our Maintenance Contracts team within the Engineering and Maintenance Branch of Sydney Trains with a focus on the management of new contracts for fleet maintenance.
This role will see you involved in a high level of coordination between a wide range of internal and external stakeholders across Sydney Trains and Transport for NSW.
You will be responsible for understanding, monitoring, and supporting stakeholder & customer requirements, ensuring contractor compliance, working with stakeholders to find expeditious solutions to issues and challenges as well as proactively identifying and supporting operations to ensure service standards are met and value for money is delivered through our external suppliers.

About you
Your tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or proven commercial business experience, will have seen you having accountability for the management of commercial arrangements within a large complex operational stakeholder environment.
Your recognised for being a self-starter, solutions focused, resilient, with drive and technical expertise in Ariba and Equip systems. Ideally, you will also have SAP systems knowledge as well.
This is a role that will see you manage complex agreements and stakeholder relationships within a Brownfields environment that will derive real value for Sydney Trains.
This Award RC6 Temporary Full-Time position (up to 23 months) is primarily based in Burwood, offering flexibility through our innovative hybrid working model. You may also be required to work onsite at Auburn or other locations as needed.
