**What you’ll do
- Deliver effective training programs, and initiatives which deliver strong long term workforce sustainability
- Partner with the Workforce planner in capacity planning for seasonal recruitment and identifying resource gaps
- Responsible for the onboarding & training of new team recruitment
- Supporting site leadership in identifying skills gaps and creating a strategy to upskill and develop the team.
- Develop the training strategy for the Automated CFC in collaboration with the Enablement & Assurance Manager.Accountable for the preparation of weekly data relating to compliance training

**What you’ll bring
- Ability to coach, motivate and inspire the team to stretch their capabilities
- Ability to analyse information, recognise emerging trends, and prioritise coaching possibilities.
- Ability to develop & Implement training strategies across a 24/7 operating business
- Experience working in a large scale operations, ideally within retail, supply chain or logisticsA Cert 4 in Workplace Coaching is advantageous but not essential
