Bee Keen Café is looking for a passionate and professional Barista to join our team If you love great coffee, quality food, and creating memorable customer experiences, we’d love to hear from you.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Craft high-quality coffee and beverages with care, including latte art.
- Maintain food and drink quality and presentation to Bee Keen standards.
- Manage supplier orders and stock levels for coffee, drinks, and sweets.
- Support café operations including opening, closing, cleaning, and workflow.
- Deliver warm, welcoming customer service and build positive relationships.
- Work efficiently during peak periods while maintaining quality.
- Collaborate with the team to drive excellence, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute ideas to help grow café sales and enhance customer experience.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Barista experience essential with café or hospitality background.
- Passion for coffee, food, and great service to customers.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Experience with stock ordering and rostering is a bonus.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.
- Reliability and flexibility to meet business needs.
