  • Craft consistently high-quality coffee with care and precision
  • Deliver friendly, efficient service and build genuine connections with customers
  • Work closely with the Cafe and Kitchen Managers to keep service smooth
  • Maintain a clean, organised workspace and uphold cafe standards
  • Bring good energy, initiative, and a team-focused attitude every day

About you:

  • Experienced behind the machine and confident under pressure
  • Minimum 1-2 years of barista experience required
  • Passionate about coffee, presentation, and great service
  • Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
  • Positive attitude and great communication skills
  • Valid work visa required for employment in Australia
