Otti Cafe South Brisbane is looking for a Barista / Waitstaff

This is a high performing role in this busy Cafe. You must be experienced, fast and totally customer focused to fit into this team. It's a very exciting, rewarding and high volume role.

We are looking for experienced staff

**Key responsibilities**:

- Greet customers, taking orders and processing payments
- Crafting high-quality coffee and preparing other beverages, including milkshakes and smoothies
- Building rapport with customers by recognising their preferences to provide a personalised experience
- Food preparation, for both take-away and dine-in options
- Keeping front of house clean and tidy
- Complying with health and safety requirements
- Cultivating a positive atmosphere to enhance customer experiences
- Opening/closing procedures
- Other tasks as required
- To maintain a clean and presentable appearance and uniform.

**Key attributes**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar café
- Enthusiastic and friendly attitude
- Commitment to work hard, have fun and work effectively in a team
- Positive, trustworthy and reliable
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- A vibrant friendly personality
- Be available to work a rotation of open and closing shifts

**Skills**:
Essential:

- Good communication skills
- Good attention to detail and well organised
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food hygiene

Desirables:

- Previous experience in a high volume café or restaurant

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $43,810.85 per year

Schedule:

- Rotating roster

**Experience**:

- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:
