Team Lead - Technical Publications

**The Role**

**_ Location: Adelaide, Melbourne or Sydney_**

**Required Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge**
- Provide leadership and management to a technical author team in order to support program, project and bid requirements. This includes forecast and prioritizing the allocation/assignment of team resources.
- Provide advice and direction by identifying future needs and determining pathways for attainment in relation to technical documentation capabilities.
- Demonstrate a detailed understanding of relevant standards (including DEF(AUST) 5629C) and experience in developing and delivering S1000D/Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals.
- Support and contribute to Communities of Interest appropriate to Technical Documentation development.
- Provide support and professionalization opportunities for Technical Documentation resources.
- Assurance of Technical Documentation delivery across programs/projects is consistent with KBR expectations of excellence
- Set up goals and objectives for all subordinate staff. Provide performance review and evaluation of subordinate staff.
- Perform any other reasonable duties as directed from time to time that are relevant to technical documentation, background and experience.
