The focus of the role will be to operate as a strategic business partner to senior stakeholders to build leadership capability and support the delivery across the full employee lifecycle. The business is currently going through a large transformation with a focus on business improvement, this role will play a critical part in the success of these projects. This role will develop professional relationships across the business and act as a trusted coach and industrial relations advisor to the management team for people and employment issues.

Reporting to the Manager, HR Business Partnering, this position is part of a collaborative team of business partners.

Key deliverables will include:

- Deliver effective workforce solutions across the full employee lifecycle
- Employee relations
- Support change management and transformation initiatives
- Workforce planning
- Talent management
- Organisational development
- Health and Wellbeing
- Learning and development
- Building a high performing culture

This role will suit a HR generalist with at least 3-5 years’ experience. Your ideal style is collaborative and consultative in nature and you are able to influence at all levels across a business. You are a creative and strategic thinker, enjoy coaching leaders and building relationships, and be pragmatic in your approach.

Some travel to regional Victoria may be required on a fortnightly basis (1.5 hour drive).
