Imaging Associates is a successful privately-owned radiology practice providing services to patients from across the eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Gippsland and Wagga Wagga. Our experienced and vibrant team are committed to providing exceptional patient care and service to our referring clinicians.

We are looking for a self-motivated, talented and enthusiastic sales professional to join our team and continue to build our business and the Imaging Associates brand within the community.

**What will you be doing?**

This role will report to the Sales Team Leader and be part of a team of Customer Relationship Representatives servicing our strong referrer base. Key focuses of the role include:

- Taking responsibility and accountability for identifying and engaging growth opportunities within the local health community
- Developing strong relationships with our healthcare network providers
- Creating a promotional plan for the territory and achieving revenue targets

Your strong sales and presentation skills will allow you to negotiate the best outcome from the limited time you will have with your audience.

**What are we looking for?**
- Track record of success in relationship management and sales in the medical/health care industry
- Proven experience in new business development initiatives and activities
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering consistent, efficient and a high-quality standard of service
- Knowledge of the Eastern Suburbs health precincts and medical community
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office and CRM Salesforce/similar)
- Qualifications in nursing, health sciences or marketing would be considered advantageous

**Essential Criteria**
- Right to live and work in Australia
- Full Australian Drivers’ license
- Reliable, registered and insured vehicle
