We are an Australian company based in the south eastern suburbs of Melbourne. We have been manufacturing for the last 25 years.

we are currently looking for an experienced **powder coater**for an immediate start. Duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Setup and operate powder coating spray equipment. (including quick colour changes)
- Loading/unloading items for powder coating.
- Packing finished goods.
- Support operational performance. Assembling Air Grilles.
- Ensure powder coating equipment is maintained and cleaned.
- Ensure all paperwork and documentation is recorded correctly.
- Maintain a clean and tidy workspace.
- Ensure completion of scheduled work and safety guidelines
- Some warehouse duties including stock control and packing.

The role is full time hours (Monday to Friday) with a genuine temp-to-perm opportunity for the right person. To be considered for this role, you should possess the following:

- Current/recent experience with powder coating
- Good organisation skill and attention to detail
- Positive, can-do approach
- Puncture and reliable
- The ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Be physically fit for manual handling tasks

Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
