**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate production staff and workflow.
- Manage scheduling, quality control, and output targets.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and company standards.
- Monitor stock, materials, and production efficiency.
- Train and develop team members.
- Report directly to senior management on performance and improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in **powder coating** or a **manufacturing/production management role**.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of quality control and OH&S standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
