**About the Role**

We are seeking a creative, passionate marketing professional to join Brisbane team on a part-time casual basis, the role will see you working 2 x full time days per week on a 4-8-week contract. The Marketing Associate will be required to work in the office to allow for internal collaboration.

The role is multifaceted as opposed to linear and you will be exposed to different teams within our business. You will work with each team, looking at their marketing needs and helping them create relevant and eye-catching content, you will advise and guide the team whilst setting up an overall inhouse marketing plan and strategy. Main responsibilities will be to create and build a library of Canva based marketing flyers and animated material, refreshen up and implement Social Media platforms, working closely with senior management, mainly helping the team build a professional presence and brand within their marketplace, especially within the LinkedIn platform.

**The role includes**:

- Marketing planning with Consultants and Senior Management
- Creating content for our internal marketing library
- Social Media creation and scheduling.
- Writing blog posts relating to our market sector
- Working with this team, initiating marketing plans and new ideas

**We need your experience in the following**:

- Adobe InDesign, Photoshop - any level.
- Canva - Proficient User
- Instagram and Facebook posting and scheduling.
- Strong written and communication skills.
- Be willing and able to work within a team.
