With over 200 company vehicles operating across Victoria and multiple brands under the AHB Group banner, we’re on the lookout for a proactive Fleet Coordinator to take the wheel of our vehicle operations.
The Role
This role is all about balance, operational precision meets practical problem-solving. You’ll oversee the entire lifecycle of our fleet, support our teams in the field, and make sure our vehicles (and the people driving them) are ready to go every day.
This is a full-time role based in our office in Derrimut, 8.30 am to 5.00 pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Group CFO you will be involved with the procurement, leasing, servicing, registration, and disposal of vehicles
- Coordinate the full fleet operations across multiple business units
- Administration and allocation of fines and infringements
- Order, cancel, and manage company fuel cards
- Coordinate vehicle onboarding, audits, and compliance checks
- Manage the application and removal of company branding on vehicles
- Off‑boarding and handback of commercial lease vehicles
- Coordinate servicing, repairs and insurance claims with our external partners
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely renewals and compliance
- Build relationships with leasing partners, service providers, and insurers
- Monitor fleet efficiency, usage, and cost trends, providing regular reports
- Support and guide team members and leaders on fleet-related policies and procedures
What You’ll Bring
- Experience managing a medium‑to‑large vehicle fleet (ideally 100+ vehicles)
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
- Sound understanding of vehicle compliance, leasing, and servicing processes
- Confident communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proactive, solutions‑driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Background in construction, logistics, or a car or fleet Rental industry is highly regarded
