You will develop your future-ready skills and learn to support our broader Property Compliance and Environment team, solving some of Australia’s biggest challenges. **What you’ll do**
- Contribute and support the team in complex property risk assessments for a diverse range of properties, identifying areas of non-compliance and recommending practical solutions
- Help conduct thorough audits, risk assessments and inspections to ensure properties adhere to local, state, and federal regulations and produce comprehensive reports outlining findings and recommendations
- Undertake a variety risk assessments in the areas of confined space, working at heights, hazardous chemicals, plant risk and traffic management
- As part of our team, you will collaborate closely with clients to help provide expert guidance on compliance-related matters and serve as a trusted advisor in optimising property management processes
- Stay abreast of evolving compliance regulations and trends within the property industry to provide proactive recommendations and anticipate potential challenges

**About you**
- While possessing health and safety accreditation is preferable, it is not a strict requirement.
- Understanding or experience working in the construction industry
- Knowledge of property risk/compliance,
- An ability to learn relevant regulations and standards
- Analytical skills with the ability to dissect complex compliance issues and develop innovative solutions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Awareness of compliance management software and tools
