What's the role?

We're looking for a Property Risk Manager to join our team in Sydney. This is a permanent full-time role where you'll help assess and manage property lending opportunities, $10M-$150M+. 

You'll be working closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure we're making smart, well-informed decisions across all new investment and development funding opportunities as well as providing specialised support within existing portfolios. 

What do I need?

We're after someone who brings strong property valuation risk insight and a collaborative mindset. You'll thrive in this role if you have:

  • Deep experience in property valuation across multiple asset classes.
  • A sharp eye for identifying market risks and recommending practical solutions.
  • Confidence in preparing and presenting input into credit submissions.
  • Strong communication skills to work with internal teams, clients, and consultants.
  • Ability to manage valuation and consultant panels and review reports critically.
  • A network of industry contacts and a proactive approach to staying across market trends.
