**About the Role**

The **Restaurant Supervisor** will be responsible for overseeing all Front of House (FOH) operations, ensuring staff performance, and maintaining a high standard of service. This role requires someone who leads by example, excels in all areas of service, and can confidently manage a team while providing an exceptional customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily FOH operations, ensuring smooth service and high standards
- Lead by example in all areas, including **waitressing, barista skills, and bar service**:

- Train, mentor, and support FOH staff to maintain restaurant-quality service
- Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere, building strong relationships with staff, customers, and clients
- Maintain a high level of presentation and professionalism at all times
- Uphold company policies, procedures, and service expectations
- Assist in rostering, stock control, and general administration tasks as needed

**What We Are Looking For**
- **Minimum 2 years of experience** in a similar supervisory role
- Strong **restaurant experience** with the ability to train and instill high service standards in staff
- Highly skilled in **all aspects of FOH** service, including waitressing, barista skills, and bar service
- Well-presented, professional, and approachable
- Confident in leading a team, managing service, and being present on the floor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive work environment
- Availability to work weekends (no nights)
