Cho Cho San is a reimagined izakaya in the heart of Potts Point that serves award-winning Japanese food and cocktails in a mínimalist setting. **About You**:

- Customer Focus
- Great communication skills
- Able to multi-task while staying organized
- Bubbly personality
- Previous restaurant experience (minimum 1 year)
- Available to work weekends

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise host book efficiently and oversee seating arrangements.
- Handle clients amicably and with understanding whether they have reservation or not.
- Make great and impressive first impression on customers.
- Provide patrons with accurate wait time estimates during busy periods
- Maintain a neat, organized front-of-house environment

**Salary**: $25.00 - $68.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Potts Point, NSW 2011: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Host/hostess: 1 year (preferred)
- Restaurant Supervisor: 1 year (preferred)
