Bluegrass BBQ in Victoria Point has recently opened and we have an opportunity to bring onboard another Restaurant Supervisor as we are busy

This is a great opportunity for someone to join our team, deliver awesome Customer Service and has proven experience in this field. It could be that you would like a change, have had some exposure in Leadership but never had the opportunity or it is just time to step up and be recognised for it, then you should apply
- Experience in previous Leadership roles in FoH
- Be able to lead by example
- Would understand that we do work weekends (no late nights)
- Have an RSA Certificate and/or be willing to get one
- Previous Bar knowledge is preferred but not essential
- Will have an ability to work/lead a team or work autonomously
- Be a go-getter that understands and values the importance of delivering great Customer Service and Experience

This is for an immediate start for full training but we are willing to wait for the right person as we want the best available.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $55,770.92 - $84,597.34 per year

Expected hours: 38 per week

**Experience**:

- Restaurant management: 2 years (preferred)
