Owner operated cafe/restaurant situated on the Picturesque Shores of Pittwater. Open 8am-3pm - 7 days, Dinner Friday + Saturday's. 5 Minute Drive from Mona vale to Church Point.

**Requirements**:

- Proven restaurant serving experience ( barista experience would be also be beneficial)
- Attention to cleanliness and safety
- Patience and customer-oriented approach
- Responsible and trustworthy
- Multitasking and attention to detail
- You’ll be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers’ experiences.

Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers.

Duties
- Preparing restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
- Attending to customers upon entrance to the restaurant
- Organising and managing bookings
- Presenting menus, serving and helping customers select food/beverages
- Make suggestions based on their preferences and daily specials
- Take and serve food/drinks orders.
- Up-sell when appropriate.
- Arrange table settings.
- Keep tables clean and tidy at all times.
- Managing employees and meal breaks.

*Sending staff home when appropriate.
