The Automotive Group (TAG) are the market leaders in our industry with our successful and continually expanding sales program. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Team Leader to work in the field daily, to coach, mentor and motivate our team of Customer Service/Sales consultants.

**The successful applicant will be responsible for**:

- Supervising team members on a daily basis
- Motivating staff to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Training of new staff members
- Assisting with recruitment duties
- Filling in on site for sales staff
- Assisting with incentives and rewards

**The successful applicant will need to demonstrate the following skills/attributes**:

- Ability to motivate and drive a team.
- Ability to follow company policy & procedures.
- Be well presented & professional at all times
- Have good communication skills
- Have a positive attitude with a drive to achieve targets.
- Be willing to travel each day in the designated region.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: $30.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)

- Drivers License (required)
