**Account Executive - Global HCM Solutions Provider**

Are you a driven individual with a passion for enterprise sales? Join our client, a leading Global HCM Vendor, as an Account Executive, and play a key role in expanding their presence in the Australian market.

Backed by significant Private Equity support, our client is at the forefront of bringing data-driven decision-making capabilities to enterprise organisations, empowering them to effectively manage their workforce and adapt to volatile market situations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Nurture leads through effective communication until they are ready to be seamlessly handed over to the sales team.
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls with potential clients to gain insights into their needs and pain points.
- Collaborate closely with the wider sales team to develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns.
- Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities in our CRM system.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and qualification targets.

**Key Requirements**:

- 3+ years in Software Sales
- Proven experience developing new business
- Comfortable thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Resilient and collaborative team player.
- Strong problem-solving skills and exceptional communication abilities.

**On Offer**:

- $120,000-$150,000 + Super + $220-250k OTE uncapped
- Ongoing training and support to empower your success in the role.
- Exposure to enterprise-level sales dynamics.
