What you’ll contribute to
This is a Permanent full time role based in Altona North.
How you’ll make an impact- Develop, manage and implement a plan for: E&E Survey improvement; QCC/National Skills events both local and national; Suggestion Schemes.- Implement and review agreed communication and engagement strategies, systems processes procedures consistent with set policies in order to achieve TPC employee engagement and enablement objectives.- Advice and assist managers in the development of policies and standards for the TPC Engagement and Enablement Program in order to improve employee engagement and enablement objectives and measures.- Create a strategy implementation, timely and accurate management processes in line for TPC Operations.- Monitor own tasks with respect to compliance with all relevant regulations and statutory requirements in order to minimise Toyota’s risk exposure and liabilities.- Coordinate forums and meetings to ensure that project goals are clearly communicated and understood by all stakeholders.
Your attributes - If you’ve got one or more, we’d love to hear from you- Degree in business, communications, human resource, marketing, a related discipline or equivalent experience- 2+ years’ accumulative experience in a similar capacity- Experience in project coordination, time management, corporate communications, employment engagement and strategic planning.- Understanding of warehouse operations
