**The Company**

Our model is to establish mutually beneficial and long-lasting direct trade relationships with coffee producers across the globe, and to share knowledge and value along the entire specialty coffee supply chain.

We work with several hundred farmers, co-operatives and exporters, and invest in community projects at origin that improve both the quality of green coffee beans and the quality of life for those that produce it.

**The Role**

The **Logistics Manager, **based in the new offices in **Fyshwick, ACT**, reports to the General Manager and the role is to handle all logistics related to importing, exporting and dispatch of green coffee beans between our sourcing origins and all destination countries we ship to.

On a day-to-day basis you will:

- Handle the shipping logistics of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Document and streamline the logistics processes.
- Explore processes and freight options that represent cost savings to the company.
- Support our international offices and distributors with logistics for direct shipments.
- Coach international logistics staff to take over aspects of your work for their markets.
- Prepare logistics procedures for Middle East team to assist them importing and.
- Maintain contact with suppliers and freight forwarders.
- Assist with logistics of exports to customers internationally.
- Prepare invoices for international/direct shipment orders of green beans.
- Follow up outstanding international accounts and keep customers within terms.
- Liaise with Warehouse Assistant on the dispatch of international green bean orders.
- Input data into Odoo and run reports as necessary.

To be a success in this role you would require the following:

- An understanding of international logistics - knowledge of Incoterms would be a considerable bonus
- Good time management and administration skills
- The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- High level of computer literacy - experience with Odoo would be beneficial

**The Package**

- A base salary of up to $90k PA + Superannuation
- Fortnightly pay
