**About the role**

You will be required to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, managing the end-to-end process to deliver on regulatory reporting events within legislated timeframes ensuring there is compliance with business governance processes.

The Regulatory Reporting Specialist will analyse and recommend changes to existing and new internal and external reports, and other business processes related to the delivery of regulatory reporting events, playing a key role in identifying and managing incidents and breaches within the regulatory reporting team and making recommendations in the development and implementation of business improvement solutions to maintain ongoing compliance. Additionally, you will provide training and coaching to team members on procedural and technical issues as well as providing support to the leader.

This role is available as a max term/ secondment opportunity.

- In-depth superannuation knowledge specifically around regulatory reporting obligations.
- Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to obtain, translate, and interpret diverse stakeholder input in a complex and technical environment.
- Proven ability to work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Practical experience in systems analysis and design covering user requirements, functional and technical specifications, data modelling, development and implementation.
- Experience in negotiating deliverables and timeframes to meet objectives, with the ability to influence change using information and insights.
- High
- level knowledge of reporting and analytical methodologies, superannuation legislation and internal processes and systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide appropriate solutions that balance both customer and business needs.
- High resilience with the ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated professional behaviour and presentation, with a strong desire and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
