Six Degrees Executive is pleased to announce a strategic partnership with an innovative Media agency. We present a unique opportunity for an experienced Performance Executive to join our ranks. With a legacy spanning over a decade, our client seeks an individual characterized by positivity and passion. As a Performance Executive, you will collaborate closely with the Performance Manager to oversee the development and execution of advanced paid social and search campaigns. Beyond a behind-the-scenes role, you will directly engage with clients, requiring a harmonious blend of collaboration, motivation, and enthusiasm. Working alongside a dedicated digital team, you will assume responsibility for shaping the delivery and strategy of captivating social campaigns.

**High level remit**:

- Lead end-to-end management of paid social and search campaigns, ensuring adherence to high standards and client goals, from concept to reporting.
- Client Alignment: Develop a deep understanding of client businesses and objectives, fostering a foundation for effective campaign strategies.
- Deadline Adherence: Manage personal workflow and responses to meet set deadlines and service level agreements, ensuring seamless alignment.
- Optimization Expertise: Implement continuous testing and refinement of ad content, targeting, and bidding methods to achieve exceptional paid social and search campaigns in line with client objectives.
- Insightful Reporting: Deliver comprehensive, insightful reports that highlight performance metrics and growth opportunities to clients, maintaining effective budget distribution and cultivating relationships with stakeholders.
- Profound expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Campaign Manager
- Demonstrated self-motivation, proactivity, and drive
- A collaborative team player, readily offering support across various business domains and adept at cultivating relationships with essential stakeholders
- Exceptional aptitude in communication and creative problem-solving
