**About Our Client**:
Electralith is a leading cleantech company developing novel lithium refining technology. Electralith's ground-breaking Direct Lithium Extraction technology, which is supported by investment from Rio Tinto and IP Group, promises to revolutionise lithium production with highly efficient, inexpensive, and environmentally friendly production of battery materials.
The CEO will concentrate specifically on setting and executing the company's strategic direction, engaging with industry stakeholders to secure initial commercial deployments, and scaling the company through Series A and beyond.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute Electralith's overall development plan to scale our technology and disrupt the lithium industry, integrating technical, commercial and finance functions - in collaboration with the executive team and board of directors.
- Lead commercial negotiations regarding deployments with pilot and commercial partners.
- Lead capital raising activities to ensure resource availability in line with Electralith's development plan.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers across the lithium supply chain, including operators of brine, hard-rock and other potential resources.
- Build and maintain strong relationships prospective and existing investors.
- Take overall responsibility for management of the company's operations, including technology development, customer engagement, and investor relations.
- Build and retain a high-performing team, providing coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities as needed.
