**How will I help?**

The Associate
- Lending Services Manager role sits within the Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) division, which is an integral part of Westpac’s Institutional Bank (WIB). In this role, you will be responsible for delivering the varied lending service needs of clients across several Industry groups. You will support strategic business relationships and work seamlessly with internal business partners to ensure exceptional service is provided at all interactions for new and existing products and services.

You will be accountable for supporting clients with their lending needs, including credit processes, lending, and funds products. You will also be responsible for the service delivery and support to client portfolios, ensuring oversight of all services and enquiries being resolved and responded to on behalf of our customers within CIB.

You will also:

- Develop a deep understanding of the industry sector and the product and process needs of our clients to anticipate upcoming needs
- Collaborate and share knowledge and expertise within the team to deliver a superior client experience
- Contribute to and support the delivery of continuous process and product improvement, working with various project & product teams to ensure successful delivery of change
- Ensure all customer needs are met in a timely and efficient manner

**What do I need?**

To be successful in this role, you will have the ability to manage clients and understand their servicing needs across our Lending products solutions. You will have commercial and business acumen with some knowledge of Sales, Product & Implementation processes as well as some exposure to associated systems, processes, and procedures to support them.

Some further advantageous skills:

- Pro-active management of business partners to ensure timely delivery of services to clients in portfolio
- Compliance with all legislative, regulatory and corporate policy requirements, processes and standards to minimise risk
- History of developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders
