**The Role**
The Digital Marketing Specialist is a diverse role and you’ll be executing internal projects and managing day to day projects with an external marketing agency to ensure our brand and message is communicated effectively. You’ll work alongside the CMO to deliver integrated marketing activities and projects to drive performance. You’ll also have access to the Chief Customer Officer and a team of in house developers to deliver your marketing dreams and a great experience for all our travellers.
The role is flexible, so you can work on everything or focus on your speciality. Unique opportunity to make this role what you want it to be with loads of future opportunities as we build the marketing team.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, agencies and vendors.
- Manage external marketing agency tasks to ensure marketing initiatives are executed effectively and on time.
- Manage the production of marketing materials, including copywriting and design.
- Utilise the agency to do all the leg work.
- Develop campaign ideas & creative.
- Marketing automation.
- Create social media content and manage social media platforms.
- Manage affiliates.
- UX.
- Build content in CMS.
- SEO.
- PPC support.
- Product development.

**About you**
Minimum 3 years experience in digital marketing roles, ideally in eCommerce retail or financial services. You’ll have attention to detail, ability to deliver and appreciation for ROAS. You’ll have a broad range of skills, with a speciality or two, which we’ll happily give you the environment to pursue.

**Relevant Skills & Experience**
- eCommerce store or financial services experience highly valued.
- Agency management experience valued but not essential.
- Excellent copy writing and proofreading skills.
- Basic graphic art skills and able to use Adobe Suite.
- Experience with PPC, Google Analytics and social media platforms.
- Social media experience highly valued.
- Marketing automation.
- Ability to work with data - extraction and manipulation.
- Creative mind for problem solving and marketing campaigns.
**Hours**
5 days per week
**Location**
This is a hybrid role with a mix of WFH up to 2 days and Sydney CBD office 3 days.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
