Are you ready to make a lasting impact in the for-purpose sector and take your digital marketing expertise to the next level? We’re on the hunt for a dynamic and innovative Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our online presence and tell our story to build and engage audiences.

Your Role: Reporting to the General Manager of Communications and Engagement as our Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll shape our digital footprint, engage with our audience, and craft campaigns that resonate across various platforms. From social media to SEO, you’ll orchestrate a symphony of digital channels to enhance our brand visibility, customer engagement, and conversion rates.

What You’ll Do:

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with our goals.
- Manage and optimise our social media presence, ensuring consistent engagement and growth.
- Dive into data analytics to track performance, derive insights, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
- Lead SEO efforts to boost organic visibility and drive relevant traffic to our digital assets.
- Collaborate with the team to create compelling content that tells our brand story and drives engagement.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and seamless user experiences across all digital touchpoints.
- Manage our digital assets and database.
- Support the team on events and awards.

What You Bring:

- Proven three to five years’ experience in digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns and projects.
- In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative strategies.
- Proven experience in digital content creation and storytelling, including interviewing skills.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and grow marketing relationships.
- A can-do collaborative attitude.
