**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the IT support team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, certification, and testing of IT systems for clients.
- Coordinate troubleshooting and system restoration efforts during normal operations.
- Develop and implement processes to enhance team productivity and service quality.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment that encourages professional growth.
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with IT services.
- Monitor team performance, providing feedback and coaching to team members.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve service offerings.
- Prepare, estimate, and quantify materials and elements required for projects and installations.
- Prepare and oversee project schedules and deadlines.
- Generate and execute cycle counts, stock takes, and inventory checks.
- Control and maintain inbound and outbound processes for inventory.
- Screen, interview, and train new technicians to ensure they meet company standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in IT support or related field, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong technical knowledge of IT systems and support processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in customer service and client relationship management.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- On call
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay

**Education**:

- Advanced Diploma / Associate Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- IT management: 3 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (required)
