We're on the hunt for a hands-on, skilled Data Entry Team Lead with attention to detail. As a high-volume dry lab we need someone who's not only up for the challenge but thrives in the chaos.

What you'll do:

  • Manage daily tasks and priorities for the day
  • Audit jobs received from suppliers and provide feedback
  • Operating computer applications, such as Timestone and other data base software, to enter, record, edit and/or save data
  • Ability to work within established routines and guidelines
  • Complete all requirements of each job accurately & time efficiently
  • Quality check work (internal and external) to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve issues
  • Ensure deadlines are met in a fast-paced production environment
  • Maintain organised records of completed jobs and feedback provided
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers to ensure standards are met
  • Experience with 'Timestone' software is desirable but all necessary training will be provided to ensure you can hit the ground running
