Excellent opportunity for a Data & Insights Analyst who will be responsible for developing and optimising data and insights to inform business decision-making, drive operational performance, enhance customer and shopper experience, and support strategic and tactical objectives across the business.

The Data & Insights team’s aim is to be valued commercial business partners and advisors who understand the business’ strategic direction and needs. We collaborate to provide insight on problems, opportunities and current market trends, as well as shape successful business decisions and generate innovative ideas.

What you’ll do

Work with key stakeholders to identify business issues and opportunities for optimisation

Ability to structure complex problems, derive insights from data, and articulate clearly with diverse teams up to the senior leadership level

Engage with relevant external business partners e.g. data/research agencies, suppliers

Ensure teams are fully and accurately utilizing data through reporting and facilitating training

Build trust in the data, reporting, and dashboards by contributing to quality improvements, data integrity and the provision of clean and accurate data.

What you’ll bring

**Tech**: Advanced ‘Modern’ Excel, SQL, Power BI, Azure, Python, VBA

Understanding of data visualisation principles and techniques

Understanding of FMCG/CPG industry, Liquor and/or independent retailer landscape is a bonus

Strong ability to interpret data and communicate results in a structured and compelling manner to less technical audiences.
