About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a National Manager - Data Insights to join our team, supporting the development of capability and business strategy for Data and Insights nationally Reporting to the General Manager - Technology, this role will provide leadership and support to the direct and indirect sales channels in the growth of Konica Minolta Business Solutions Australia’s portfolio of Managed Services.

**Requirements**:

- Manage a formal Data and Insights team, including SME Data Analysts that allows for dynamic business decisions to be made in a timely manner.
- Engage with the Leadership Team to promote and educate on Data and Insights.
- Provide continuous improvement advice based on best practice and competitive intelligence.
- Manage and co-ordinate internal resources in the delivery of customer insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders focusing on common goals, sharing, supporting, and coaching where appropriate.

Who are we looking for?
- Demonstrated Data experience, ideally in managed services, with a proven track record in achieving results
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong negotiation skills to influence stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Proficiency in SAP analytics Cloud and Powerbi
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently to achieve objectives with mínimal supervision.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen
- Demonstrated experience in leading diverse teams
