**Responsibilities**:

- Perform KYC/KYB checks, including Enhanced Due Diligence, which we would need to perform on a 24/7 basis (so you may need to work night or weekend shifts on some days)
- Perform transaction monitoring
- Carry our PEP, sanctions and background checks
- Ensure compliance with AML laws and sanctions
- Help with trade operations requiring approval from the Compliance Department

**Requirements**:

- Strong professional experience in the field of AML Compliance
- Good understanding of customer verification procedures
- Ability to explain complicated matters in an easy way
- Excellent written and verbal language skills in English (other languages are a plus).
- Understand cryptocurrencies well
- Able to multitask and can be flexible with different work hours on different days.
